In the Booth Tweed Coast Photo Booth hire proudly services events and celebrations at Tweed all the way down to Byron Bay. The Gold Coast is known as a hub for entertainment, conferences, trade shows and large corporate events. Our Gold Coast and Tweed coast team at In The Booth love to come along to attend these events annually.  While we attend many private events such as birthdays, weddings and milestones, we love bringing our booth along to corporate events too!   1. Salt Bar Kingscliff: Salt Bar is located in the Salt Village in Kingscliff. Salt Bar is the go to destination for both private and corporate events.  
  2. Mantra on Salt Beach: Mantra on Salt Beach is located in the seaside town of Kingscliff. It’s the perfect events venue with accommodation on site! Mantra on Salt Beach caters for both corporate and private events.
  3. Ancora: Ancora Weddings has to be seen to be believed! This stunning venue is conveniently located at Tweed Heads.
  4. Osteria Weddings: Make sure you check out Osteria. It’s one of our favourite Tweed Coast photo booth hire locations at Casuarina.
  5. Summergrove Estate: Their white barn reception space is to die for! This classic yet country style venue is located at Carool in northern New South Wales.
  6. Twin Towns Services Club: Twin Towns Services Club is located in Tweed Heads. It provides event and function space hire to both corporate and private events.

When travelling the long road out to Toowoomba, the first thought that pops into our mind is the stunning wedding venues! Aberfeldy is one of Toowoomba’s most loved wedding venues. Brad and Sarah chose to gather their nearest and dearest to celebrate their wedding at Aberfeldy Farm and Barn.

Aberfeldy is one of Toowoomba’s best known wedding venues.  Brad and Sarah chose to exchange their vows outside the barn, with guests moving inside to continue the celebrations. With stunning locations all over the property, Aberfeldy can offer a wedding experience like no other. The best part about the property you ask? It would have to be meeting the cows!

Brad and Sarah took full advantage of the stunning sunset views at Aberfeldy Farm and Barn. Once they said their ‘I Do’s’, Brad and Sarah’s bridal party was whisked away for a stunning sunset photoshoot – topped off with popping bottles of champagne. 

Sarah’s stunning long-sleeved lace wedding dress matched perfectly with the rustic country style of Aberfeldy. We love the drama the train of her dress brought to the photos. The groomsmen looked dapper in classic black and white dinner suits, while the bridesmaids brought it all together with their shades of green dresses. Brad and Sarah chose to complement their theme with fresh sunflowers for bouquets, menu decoration, cake topper and centrepieces.

Brad & Sarah’s Wedding Reception at Aberfeldy Farm & Barn

While Sarah and Brad were busy spending their first few hours as husband and wife, their guests gathered at the Barn waiting for the reception to kick off for the night. In the Booth Toowoomba had the absolute pleasure of joining Sarah and Brad for their wedding reception.

The reception kicked off with a live singer and fun love heart glasses for guests.  We absolutely loved the rustic cake Sarah and Brad chose for their nuptials; we especially love the custom ‘Brad and Sarah’ cake topper!  Sarah and Brad chose to continue their nature inspired theme with their leafy green photo strip design.

  • Start planning early: While December may seem like AGES away, we guarantee it’ll be here before you know it! Christmas Parties and end of year parties are the highlight of most work social calendars. You don’t want to leave your planning to the last minute.
  • Be realistic: The work ‘budget’ always comes up when planning your Christmas party or end of year party. Be realistic about what your expenses will be. Consider what additional extras you will be able to have on the night. 
  • Make sure you book in advance: November and December and very busy times of year for events and celebrations. Some venue spaces will book out far in advance. Make sure you secure your date for your Christmas Party to avoid missing out!
  • Choose the right venue: Choosing the right venue can be pivotal in your successful Christmas party. You want to make sure you are choosing the perfect event space to host your Christmas party. Ensure there’s enough space for guests and full facility available for the event.
  • Listen to what the people want: Your team should be able to tell you their Christmas party ideas without ‘telling you’ what they would like to see at their Christmas Party. See what additional things may take their fancy. Perhaps it will be particular food, a theme for the party or maybe something a little additional to kick the party off.
