Utopia @ Waterfall Gully Rainforest Wedding

Oliver and Julie’s wedding at Utopia at Waterfall Gully was nothing short of enchanting. Surrounded by towering trees and the gentle sounds of the waterfall, the couple exchanged vows in a dreamlike setting. Even the light rain that fell throughout the day only added to the romance. Rainy days are known for softening the rainforest light and making photographs even more breathtaking.

Julie looked radiant in a full-length lace gown, its delicate details perfectly complementing the venue’s timeless charm. Oliver, dressed in traditional attire, stood proudly by her side, his love and excitement clear for all to see. Their chosen color scheme of off-white tones. The clean palette was accented by vibrant orange roses and fresh eucalyptus greenery, brought warmth and elegance to the day. Every floral arrangement, from Julie’s bouquet to the ceremony arch, reflected their love for nature and beauty.

After the heartfelt ceremony, guests gathered inside the stone tea room for a cozy and elegant reception. Candlelight flickered against the historic walls as friends and family enjoyed a feast of locally inspired dishes. Laughter, music, and heartfelt toasts filled the space, with In the Booth Adelaide creating memories that would last a lifetime.

Despite the drizzle, Oliver and Julie’s love shone brighter than ever, proving that Utopia at Waterfall Gully is always magical—rain or shine.

We loved Oliver and Julie’s selection of our Silver Glitter backdrop paired with their Foliage print design. 80th Birthday Celebration for the Great Rosie

In the Booth Adelaide sends a massive ‘Happy Birthday’ to the Great Rosie! Rosie celebrated her 80^th birthday at Kooyonga Golf Club. The birthday girl rang in her milestone 80th birthday in absolute style with a Great Gatsby themed event. The party was complete with champagne tower, light up letters and of course, a photo booth from In the Booth Adelaide!

To suit the theme, Rosie chose our ‘Brush Strokes Blush’ print design in our ‘Traditional Logo’ print style. Rosie and her guests took full advantage of our Guest Cam feature. Additionally there was a separate arch for photos outside the booth! We love that all the moments from the night were able to be captured both in the booth and via GuestCam. To complete the Gatsby Booth, we provided a black entry curtain, gold shimmer backdrop with our glam props. Video message, Slo Mo, and GIF were also in full swing for the night.

Milestone 80th Birthday Party

Guests jumped on board with the Great Gatsby theme for Rosie’s party, donning flapper dresses, pearls, feather headpieces and gloves. The birthday girl wore a stunning blue sequinned dress complete with feature headpiece and gloves. You could even spot the occasional 1920’s gangsters getting around the room – in character of course!

Rosie chose to set the tables with photos and vintage styled feather pieces, showcasing some of the most important times of her life. We especially loved the extras Rosie chose to include in her special day, such as the incredible champagne tower! As the night went, the room was filled with speeches, dancing, music and a whole lot of love. We asked – ‘what more could you possibly throw into a party?’ and of course, there was more! Rosie was lucky enough to have her loved ones write a poem to celebrate her, this was presented on screen for all guests to join in.

80’s Themed Party for Chris’ 50th

Themed parties are completely open to the imagination. No matter what you are celebrating, you can always count on a theme to bring your guests together and share a few laughs.

Themed birthday parties are always such a hit with all your guests. From dressing as your favourite superhero or movie star, to what you wanted to be when you grow up, themed parties will always be a great party starter between guests. At In the Booth, we attend so many themed parties and events and we absolutely love seeing what our guests get up to in the booth. Chris’ 80’s themed party was certainly no exception!

In the Booth Adelaide proudly attended Chris’ 80’s themed party for his 50^th birthday party with our photo booth to capture all the fun. Chris hosted his party at The Lion Hotel in North Adelaide and asked guests to dress in their best 80’s gear! We absolutely love the 80’s frocks and 3 piece suits. Some of the more adventurous guests even committed to a mullet for the evening! Guests dressed in themed costumes will always make for a great guest book as well! Theming parties in ‘eras’ is an easy way to get your guests involved in the themed costume party.

80’s Themed Party Photo Booth Hire

Chris opted to use our Guest Cam feature, video messaging and Gif for his party. We absolutely love the affect costume parties have in the booth. Guests jumping in the booth and posing ‘in character’ always make for great booth snaps. Chris opted for a gaming themed print design to match his 80’s themed party. Last but not least, Chris also treated his guests to a custom pink donut cake to celebrate his birthday.

A Hewett Centre wedding is a gorgeous way to spend a wedding day! This stunning wedding venue offers a beautiful function space to host your wedding and a lovely outdoor ceremony space amongst the gumtrees. Guests are lucky enough to soak up views of the Barossa Valley while enjoying canapes and getting the celebration started.

A function room offers so much flexibility for weddings and celebrations. A function room can be a blank canvas for your styling ideas and allow room to move in your budget. Seating plans can literally be anything you like! Likewise there is usually more options available in terms of catering and food options when you don’t have to adhere to a set menu. From in-house caterers to food trucks, your function space can ebb and flow with every celebration that passes through its doors.

After saying their ‘I Do’s’, Brenton and Carly’s guests moved into the Hewett Centre to continue the celebrations. Brenton and Carly chose to make the space their own. They decorated with light up letters spelling out the theme for the day – L.O.V.E. Our bride and groom also chose to gift their guests with custom love heart cookies for their bonbonniere. What a great gift to send your loved ones home with.

Carly was the most stunning bride opting for a white ball gown with lace details. Carly’s bridesmaids wore a soft champagne coloured dresses that were complimented by soft pink and white flowers. Brenton opted for an all-black dinner suit with groomsmen featuring a soft champagne pink tie to match the bridesmaids. We especially loved the natural greenery and native florals used to decorate the space and bouquets.

As the night kicked on, everyone kicked up their heels and moved to the dance floor. That’s when the party really got started! Guests loved the entertainment of the ever classic ‘Shoe Game’. This is where the bride and groom answer questions about the each other not knowing what the other has chosen.

Brenton and Carly’s guests absolutely loved using our Guest Cam feature. Our lovely couple held an intimate wedding however that didn’t stop them snapping over one hundred Guest Cams! Our lovely couple Nick and Carlia chose to celebrate their wedding in style at Adelaide Hilton Hotel. After saying their ‘I Do’s ‘ in a local cathedral, the stunning couple joined al their loved ones at their wedding reception to celebrate the night away.

Nick and Carlia chose to host their wedding reception in the Grand Ballroom. Our Adelaide couples especially love the addition of a photo booth to their wedding, and In the Booth Adelaide is always stepping up to take the reins.

Nick and Carlia’s wedding day was classy and classily styled affair with their monochrome themed styling. Carlia was the most stunning bride and was joined by her best girls in beautiful sage green dresses paired with loose curls and subtle accessories. The bridal party’s final touches were beautiful fresh white florals which matched in with the table centrepieces. Nick our groom looked ever so dapper rocking a classic suit with white blazer. We love classic and simple styling!

Nick & Carlia’s Wedding Reception at Hilton Adelaide

Nick and Carlia celebrated into the night with all their nearest and dearest. The newlyweds took to the floor for a stunning first dance enhanced by dreamy smoke machines and fireworks. Nick and Carlia opted for a two tier wedding cake adorned with white floral to share with their wedding guests.

In the Booth Adelaide were lucky enough to help out with capturing memories from Nick and Carlia’s wedding. Our ever popular Guest Cam feature got a workout with guests taking every opportunity to grab photos all around Hilton Adelaide. Nick and Carlia opted to keep things simple with their print design and opted for a monochrome print to tie in with their colour scheme.

The iconic Chateau Yaldara is located in the southern Barossa Valley town of Lyndoch South Australia. The historic Manor House is the centrepiece function space for weddings and events. This beautiful function space includes the ground floor and the lawns in front of the Manor House. It’s super exciting for couples to be able to hire this space as a ‘blank canvas’ to be able to create the wedding of their dreams!

VISIT CHATEAU YALDARA

David and Vanessa’s autumn Barossa Valley wedding was everything dreams are made of. Our Adelaide couple used their beautiful surroundings as colour inspiration for their day.

Let’s start with Vanessa’s incredible gown! Isn’t it incredible? We thought Vanessa looked every inch the princess bride! Vanessa’s gown’s gorgeous beading detail, shoulder straps and layered chiffon skirt just say dreamy to us. The simple Tiara and flowing locks complete the very pretty picture.

One of our favourite features of David and Vanessa’s wedding is how their lovely bridesmaids wore alternating colour gowns in rust and slate. The autumn palette tied is so beautifully with those stunning blooms! Aren’t the ladies’ bouquets perfection?

David & Vanessa’s Wedding Reception at Chateau Yaldara

The theme for the day carried through to their Chateau Yaldara reception. Beautiful matching floral adorned the room and the wedding cake. Wine barrels and candlelight added to the atmosphere as you would expect at a winery wedding!

After the formalities of the evening, guests hit the dance floor and In the Booth Adelaide started pumping! David and Vanessa had chosen our super popular silver glitter backdrop for their photo booth hire couple with a classic print style.

Guest Cam was a highlight of the night with so many fun photos snapped! In addition, some of our favourite Guest Cams of the night were of David and Vanessa’s first dance. A hush fell over the crowd when the gorgeous couple first took to the floor!
