Why our Photo Booth App is loved by our past customers

The infamous In the Booth photo booth app is six years old now. It’s just as popular as the day it launched! At In the Booth, we’re not big on finding ready made products and forcing them to fit our customers. Instead we devote ourselves to creating products specifically for our customers – much like our photo booths themselves.

The In the Booth app is available for every client and guest at our events, and our events only. We need to clear up a little confusion here. If  another provider has told you that they offer the ‘same thing’ – in short, they don’t!

Entering a phone number or email address is how most guests at events receive their digital copies. We’ll break down why we weren’t satisfied with this off the shelf software.

It’s just not practical

Entering a phone number or an email address seems simple enough, right? Wrong. Add poor lighting; a couple of drinks and a queue of guests waiting their turn and you’ll see why! Pausing the whole shebang to enter details takes the fun out of what your guests should be doing – which is photo boothing! Our booths keep the focus on your guests being together and having fun. There’s no rush and no waiting in line with our app. Guests can download their content anytime during or after the event.

People care about their privacy now

Once upon a time, we entered our phone number and email address with abandon. Not so much anymore in 2021! They’re well aware in most instances contact details are taken for marketing purposes because guests are savvy. That’s not what we’re ever about and not the impression we’re willing to give. Do you have a written guarantee that your guests won’t be marketed to by your photo booth provider? At In the Booth you don’t need a guarantee because we don’t ask those details in the first place.

Australian designed and developed photo booth app

Our app was designed by our team and developed right here in Australia. In fact, it’s a kind of a world first in what we do. We throw out the mold of what’s been done before when when it comes to exceptional event experiences. A product must be proven to add to enhance the experience. This also goes for our photo booth app.

There’s also a little thing we called Guest Cam.

Little did we know six years ago how popular Guest Cam would become. We’ve taken the booth out of the booth with this little app feature that guests go crazy for. As a matter of fact you just have to attend an event with us to see how much fun it is. Roaming guest photography went to new heights when guests realise they print as well! Past customer love seeing their event through their guests’ eyes and the surprise of all their Guest Cam happy snaps on their USB folio.

So we reckon our photo booth app is great. But don’t take our word for it.

Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for the photobooth we had on Saturday for our engagement party. We all also really loved the Guest Cam, it was amazing to be able to take photos in the app and have them instantly print out. Our photobooth attendant Rick was really great as well. Rick was really helpful to anyone who was having trouble using the booth, and all of our guests loved him! Further to all of this, the process with the the online portal was very user friendly us. I did also appreciate how easy the app was to use and that no one had to add in any personal details, they were just able to download the pictures as soon as they had the app. Thank you as well for accommodating us when we had a venue change three weeks out from our engagement party!

Hey guys, Just want to say a big thank you for being a part of our wedding. We knew that of the most important vendors to lock in for a wedding, a photobooth is up there and when we came across In The Booth it was a pretty easy choice to make. I have never seen such incredible image quality from a photobooth before, not to mention the easily accessible app that allows you to download your photos from the booth directly to your phone was a massive hit at the wedding. There is not one single other photobooth company out there that compares to In the Booth and this is initially why we booked them. They have amazing extra features like video guestbook, app support to download photobooth photos to your phone, and guestcam – where guests can take photos on their phone and send them to the photobooth to be printed. And as a bonus the staff at In the Booth are very attentive and easy to communicate with. Our attendant Azaria was fantastic and even sought out people throughout the night to give them their photos that they had printed. Several guests have said that they would really like to book In the Booth as a result of seeing them at our wedding and we have gladly passed on their information. Amazing service!
