Roaming Photo Booth
Roaming photo booths have been popping up at functions for years now. Essentially, they are a photographer that prints as well. In the Booth put a new spin on the roaming photo booth with Guest Cam!
Roaming Photo Booth Issues
There’s a few issues with roaming photo booth options that we wanted to solve.
There’s only one camera: one camera means someone has to be responsible for the booth. For example, it either needs to be operated by a professional or a designated guest. Unless you have hired a very skilled roaming photographer, they can feel like an interruption. People are mingling and chatting and then a photographer needs to interrupt them to ask for a photo.
In comparison to that, Guest Cam put a roaming photo booth in the hands of every guest via their smart phone. Guests can snap away within their own social groups. No interruptions or awkwardness required! There is no limit to the amount of Guest Cams snapped either. Each and every photo will print from the booth.
Better yet, the digital copies will also be supplied on the customer’s USB folio for some sweet surprises after their celebration. In another example, a custom hashtag can help group photos together on social media for ease of viewing. That’s exactly what Guest Cam does for our customers after their event. All the photos snapped via Guest Cam will be supplied to them afterwards.
Guest Cam Inception
But wait, there’s more! Have you heard about Guest Cam Inception? It’s a super fun game in addition to Guest Cam your guests can really get addicted to! Check out the steps below:
1. Download the In the Booth app from the App Store or Google Play. Search for ‘inthebooth’ with no spaces.
2. Open the In the Booth app and tap on ‘Guest Cam’. Locate the Guest Cam code for your event which will be displayed near the photo booth or see your booth attendant for assistance. Enter the code when prompted on the app. You only need to enter the code once.
3. Snap a selfie or another photo you can repeat again and again. Collect your Guest Cam print from the booth.
4. Lastly, put the print you just collected into the photo and snap another. And repeat….and repeat….and repeat! How creative can you get and how many can you do?!
