Hillstone has three charming function spaces to host your wedding reception in; all with a dedicated team of event planners who will assist you to make your wedding day perfect.
The Grand View Room is ideal for couples with a large guest list or just after that ‘wow’ visual impact! The Grand View Room is simply stunning with soaring chandeliers and timeless styling. The Rosewood Room is a more intimate space and is perfect for a cosy and intimate wedding or function. The team can cater for wedding parties both large and small year-round and boast a beautiful seasonal menu for your guests. The reputation for delicious food precedes their chefs! The events team can assist in finding the perfect vendors for your day, whether it is a wedding cake, an In the Booth Brisbane photobooth, or those light up letters you saw on Instagram. Your bridal party will also have the luxury of accessing the Great Room to calm the pre wedding nerves and a golf buggy to get those perfect post ceremony photos on the green.

The Hillstone St Lucia Wedding Showcase is on again for 2026! Come and join us on the 4th of March to enjoy an evening on inspiration and canapés as you journey through Hillstone’s gorgeous spaces.
