Park Hyatt Melbourne wedding for Belinda & Walter
The Park Hyatt Melbourne was the perfect venue for Belinda and Walter’s special day! Our lovely couple bravely battled everything the pandemic threw at them and the result was simply a gorgeous celebration.
Belinda was every inch the stunning bride in her form fitting lace gown. We especially loved the button detail! The soft colours of Belinda’s unstructured bouquet complemented the bridesmaids dusty pink gowns perfectly. The ladies looked lovely in their cocktail style gowns complemented with white bouquet blooms.
As for the gentlemen they were dapper and timeless in traditional black tux and tie. A great tip for your bridal party is to make sure they pack in their sunglasses for the day! They can make for some super fun shots earlier in the afternoon prior to sundown. If you have a family member assisting, it can be a great idea for them to handle all the sunglasses, mobile phones and accessories. There’s nothing worse than a perfect photo except for the mobile phone sticking out of a groomsman’s front pocket!
Park Hyatt Melbourne Wedding Highlights
How stunning are the bridal party’s traditional dress for Belinda and Walter’s tea ceremony? Incorporating their heritage into their day was important to our couple. Perhaps plan a meeting with your closest family as you plan your day to see what special family traditions you may not have thought of to incorporate.
The Park Hyatt Melbourne is the ideal central Melbourne location for inner city weddings. There’s no end of photo locations within close distance. How cool are Belinda and Walter’s photos on the steps of the Fitzroy Public Library?
Our Gold Glitter backdrop added a touch of glam to Belinda and Walter’s instant prints. We also loved their addition of their custom hashtag, #SantuccisChenoutofChen. Guests really got stuck into Gif as well with plenty of hilarity had and created!
Thanks so much for booking with us, Belinda and Walter! It was a pleasure celebrating with you, especially after sticking with us over such a long and challenging Covid road! Wishing you both every happiness for your future.
A note from the bride…
“Getting engaged just before a pandemic is not the most ideal situation but everyone was so lovely with accommodating the reschedules! The most important thing was that we were able to finally get together and celebrate with family and friends. We made our wedding uniquely ours by making sure we incorporated our heritage by having a tea ceremony as well as our normal ceremony and reception!”
