Longview Vineyard Wedding Celebrations

Jake and Jess chose to hold their wedding in the idyllic month of April. A South Australian wedding can be blessed by perfect weather but you can also be dealing with extreme heat or a cold snap! Without a doubt this is something any native South Australian knows all too well! In contrast April leaves the intense heat of summer behind with winter knocking at the door.

Jake and Jess’ autumn colour scheme couldn’t have been more fitting. The stunning bridesmaids wore rust coloured gowns with denim jackets to ward off the night air. The gentlemen were handsome in taupe jackets and dark trousers. We loved the special touch of their bow ties that tied in with the ladies’ gowns. Meanwhile our handsome groom Jake wore the opposite colour scheme with his charcoal jacket and tan slacks. The colour combination combined with the natural colours of the vineyard background were simply breathtaking. Jess of course stole the show as all brides should in her lace detailed gown.

Our lovely couple chose all-natural Australiana blooms to adorn their tables and what a perfect choice! Natives are such a beautiful option for an Australian wedding. Similarly they last so well and have such a unique scent. What’s more you’re likely to have your wedding bouquets grace your home for a good month after your day! Jake and Jess stood their flowers in natural wood vases atop hessian runners. Their ‘naked’ cake was decorated with the same florals and displayed on – what else for a Longview Vineyard wedding – a wine barrel!

In addition Jake and Jess continued the warmth of their colour scheme through to their photo booth hire. The happy couple selected our tan backdrop paired with one of our sweetest photo booth print designs.
