A photo booth hire award isn’t everything, but to our team, it is something. In the event industry, we see the highs of quality suppliers and the lows of inexperienced vendors. We are proud to be accredited ABIA members to ensure our customers know they are engaging a trusted service. It was such an honour for In the Booth to be announced as Australia’s #1 Photo Booth Hire service in four states recently at the national Designer of Dreams awards.

Why have a Photo Booth Hire Award

ABIA has been delivering assurance to Australia couples since 1996. The ABIA Wedding Industry Awards is an annual awards program that recognises the most trusted & top wedding vendors across the country. All businesses must achieve a minimum customer satisfaction rating above 95% to qualify as an ABIA Awards Finalist.

Winners & Finalists are selected solely based on ratings & reviews from more than 30,000 newlyweds each year and are determined by a combination of excellence in four factors: quality of product, quality of service, attitude of staff and overall value.

Vendors must also achieve a minimum number of nominations to be considered for an ABIA Award; the minimum number is a variable based on the average number of nominations all vendors in the same category receive across the same period.

ABIA National Award Winners must achieve an average customer satisfaction rating above 98% across four consecutive years. The National Designer of Dreams title is considered ABIA’s highest honour along with being selected to enter ABIA’s Hall of Fame.

In the Booth have performed consistently in the ABIA awards in all states since 2010. We were super excited when in 2014, Photo Booth Hire was added as a category in its own right. Prior to this, photo booth hire was combined with the general Hire category. Since then, photo booth hire at weddings and events has become an Australian staple. We are super proud to have been part of our category’s story since the very beginning.
