Our experienced and friendly coordinators are Zoe Bryant, Michelle Farrell and Emma Vahua-Long. The team have worked together for several years and is dedicated to helping you create the perfect wedding! They will assist you with everything from deciding which canapes to serve, to offering mum a tissue on the day.
The Highfields Cultural Centre opened in 1997 as a multi-purpose function centre catering to everything from weddings to concerts (The Wiggles have even graced our stage). We’re thankful to be involved in so many special occasions since opening. The Highfields team are proud to continue offering affordable wedding and event packages to our clients after all these years.

The Highfields Cultural centre boasts multiple inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. As such we have the flexibility to cater to various event layouts. We have over 100 onsite carparks, a theatre lighting rig and sound system, dressing rooms and wireless internet. Our venue also features climate-controlled air-conditioning guaranteeing year-round comfort. We also love our beautifully landscaped gardens and leafy backdrop.

You will meet on site with one of our event coordinators to discuss event packages on your first visit. Moving forward, they are involved in every step of the planning process and ensure your special day runs smoothly. We’ll even count down when you need to start walking down the aisle! We’ll assist with everything, from styling and menu selection to meeting with your relatives and answering any questions. We’re passionate about weddings and are committed to providing the best possible experience for you.

Without a doubt Highfields Cultural Centre has a stellar reputation, evidenced by a gold accreditation from the Australian Bridal Industry Academy. Since 2010 we have frequently been state finalists in the ABIA Awards for ‘Best Reception Centre’ and ‘Best Wedding Coordinator’. We have also placed in the Wedding Coordinator Category at the National Bridal Awards. We’re pretty proud of these achievements – they recognise the hard work we put into every wedding.

We sure do! The venue has several outdoor ceremony options. This includes a couple of undercover alternatives for days when the weather won’t make up its mind. For those wanting an indoor ceremony, we also have several options available. Nevertheless our weddings are fully customisable, even taking the guesswork out of envisaging your ceremony.
