A celebration is just that – a celebration. It’s a milestone event that recognises a particularly significant time that has been. From marking your son’s twenty first year to beginning a married life, without doubt this is the important stuff. Van Morrison sings, “these are the days to last for all time…you’ve got to hold them in your heart”. As much as we’d like to, we don’t get a do-over of these days unfortunately. Likewise, your chosen suppliers only have one chance to get it right. At In the Booth, we don’t believe in getting paid to practice. That is to say, we have the policies and procedures in place to ensure consistent service.
Before you decide on your chosen photo booth operator, we respectfully ask you read as many reviews as you can. We’re not backwards in coming forwards when we say In the Booth are specialist photo booth operators. We are not DJ’s, photographers or stylists on the side. In short, the experience we’ve gained over thousands of events is equal to the photo booth experiences we’re able to create for future customers. Trust in your suppliers is essential. Taking days to return your phone calls or email or avoiding answering direct questions are not signs of a quality supplier. Don’t make excuses for this behaviour! Instead, take it as a sign and take your business elsewhere.
By comparison at In the Booth, our customers are everything. More so we hope you feel the genuine heart behind that statement as you scroll through our reviews. As some of our customers will attest to, yes, we cost a little more than the combined DJ/MC/dance floor/photo booth option. To put it differently, we can’t match their price as they can’t match our service.
Firstly I just want to thank you once again for your amazing / professional / dedicated service for our daughters wedding !! I cannot tell you how many people have told me that your photo booth and your personal assistance made such a difference to the night !! I would imagine my great nieces / nephews would have used up more photo paper than the “Great Wall of China” but the amazing topic of conversation was your APP to download from any photo taken. My technical knowledge was limited when I booked your booth ; so I did not really understand what you were offering (but we all now!!) but your booth will be spoken about for a long time from everyone who enjoyed it. Trust your business name / number is going into all my now updated wedding information packs to my brides and grooms and there were a lot of business owners there on the night who were very impressed with what you can offer!! Many thanks once again Ian for your professional service and bright / bubbly personality. I also noticed you assisting our DJ during the day so many many thanks for lending yourself to all areas. Trust we will leave an amazing review for your page as it is well deserved.
Hi there! We had the booth at our wedding reception at The Kyle Bay on Saturday 12 August. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the In the Booth team! From the first interaction at the Sydney 2022 wedding expo through to on the night at our reception – the experience and service has been brilliant. We appreciate the proactive communication, check-ins and the presence on the night. A closed photobooth is quite different to an open one and I think it was a total hit! From what we’ve seen of our photo guest book, our guests definitely enjoyed themselves. We can’t wait to see all the photos come through 😄 A shout out to Kevin as well who was the attendant on the night. He was great. Thank you once again.
We had the classic booth from In the Booth hired for our wedding, with Mike as our photo booth attendant and we cannot fully describe how fun and amazing it was to have this as part of our wedding day. The booth itself was clean and had many cool features including video messages and making GIFs which the guests loved. But the best part of the whole thing was definitely the booth attendant, Mike. His enthusiasm and energy was fantastic and was super helpful in helping people use the booth + giving ideas for the GIFS and poses. Not only was he great at getting people in the booth, he also ran around the venue taking photos of everyone and everything and printed them himself and stuck them in the album that comes with the hire. The album was fantastic, my wife cannot stop looking it. Mike not only encouraged people to stick their pictures in and write messages, he also did many of the pages himself- sticking in photos he had taken + writing comments and even decorating it himself with little pictures and symbols. It was the best gift ever the next day looking through the album- we will cherish it forever. Thank you so much In the Booth and most importantly Thank you soooo much Mike! You are the best!

In the Booth was such a fun and exciting feature to add to our wedding reception. All of our guests absolutely loved taking a whole bunch of different and silly photos all night. We’re so glad that we had them there to share our special day. You get a great guest book complimentary with your booking for all your guests to stick their photos in and write a special message as well, it was such a great thing for my husband and I to look back on after the wedding and see all the great photos everyone took and all their beautiful well wishes. In the Booth was an amazing addition to our wedding and we had so much fun capturing memories with all our guests. The communication we received from staff in the lead up to our event was prompt, friendly, and very helpful. Our photos were delivered to us in a lovely keepsake box with a personalized card. A photo booth is a “must have” for a wedding and In the Booth are definitely the best in the business! Their staff are so friendly and helpful, their online portal is incredibly user friendly and the customisation options are fantastic – you even get to personalise your own photo strip design and details! Excellent value for money, awesome inclusions in the packages, a level of detail every bride will love! We have used them for parties and now for our wedding and we will continue to use them into the future!
I couldn’t be happier with this company. They are not only extremely prompt but they are extremely helpful and don’t hesitate to post out information packs and examples which helped my decision. I opted to get the guest book and that was the best decision I made, being able to have everyones photo in there with their special comments is very special. The attendant was great on the night and everyone had a ball.
