Costume Party Themes

Costume party themes are one of our favourite topics! That could be because there’s nothing more fun that costume party photos from the booth. We’ve been in the photo booth game for over fourteen years and we never get tired of guest creativity when given a theme!

The booth and costume party themes go hand in hand. Our booths take the pressure of capturing guests photos at every event but never more so than a costume party. I mean, how often do you get to take a photo of your Dad dressed up as Ironman? These opportunities don’t come along every day and the booth will ensure not once costume is missed.

Costume Party Themes

The reason costume party themes work so well is that dress up parties provide the ultimate prop ‘n’ pose excuse! What we mean by that is that most costumes come with their own essential props. For example, what would Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz be without Toto in a basket? Or Thor without his hammer? Then comes the pose inspiration. We’ve yet to see a Superman through our booths not strike the iconic Superman pose!

Dress up party themes can be as broad or as specific as you like. In other words, how creative do you want to force your family and friends to be? Here’s some of the best costume party themes we’ve seen over the years.
