ATTENDANT REQUIREMENTS
Photobooth Attendant Essential Skills
- Excellent people skills and personal presentation.
- Friendly, happy demeanour and the ability to chat with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work unsupervised for extended periods.
- The ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
- Appreciation for the unique team environment at events to collectively create event success with other suppliers.
- The ability to actively seek out ways to improve our guest and client experiences.
- An old-school approach to customer service.
- Australian driver’s license (manual license required in some areas).
- Attendants must be fit and healthy as some heavy lifting is required.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.

- Neat and tidy personal presentation at all times.
- Delivery, set up and pack down of the photo booth following In the Booth procedures.
- Assisting clients and guests during the event with their photo booth queries.
- Taking care of the customer’s guest book and assisting guests with what to do.
- Tidying the photo booth props throughout the hire period.
- Liaising with venue staff to ensure all details are correct.
- Chatting with guests and maintaining a welcoming and upbeat demeanour at all times.
- A fantastic attitude and genuine desire to create an incredible event experience.
- Finally, showing the utmost respect for each and every customer’s once in a lifetime celebration.

Firstly, just want to say how appreciative we are of Matt’s efforts at our wedding. What a great bloke! So genuine. Our guests have talked so highly of In the Booth, they absolutely loved it. We will always recommend you to anyone who asks and pass on your details. At the end of the night, I finally had 5 minutes to jump in the booth, but is was 10:30! Matt was more than happy to keep it going for a few minutes so that I could have some pictures with our bridal party!! Memories we will now have forever because of In the Booth. Thank you so much for joining us for our wedding day! The sneak peek video is amazing I love it so much! It’s the little things like these you don’t get to see in the hype of your wedding and I love that we have the opportunity to see everyone enjoying themselves! If you could please pass on our thanks to Mitchell our attendant, he made sure George and I got some photos in the booth as well, again in the hype of everything we probably would have missed out! Our photo book is full of pictures and messages and was beautiful to look back on the next day!

We had the booth at our wedding reception at The Kyle Bay on Saturday 12 August 2023. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the In the Booth team! From the first interaction at the Sydney 2022 wedding expo through to on the night at our reception – the experience and service has been brilliant. We appreciate the proactive communication, check-ins and the presence on the night. A closed photo booth is quite different to an open one and I think it was a total hit! From what we’ve seen of our photo guest book, our guests definitely enjoyed themselves. We can’t wait to see all the photos come through 😄 A shout out to Kevin as well who was the attendant on the night. He was great!

We hired In the Booth Adelaide for our wedding, with Mike as our photo booth attendant and we cannot fully describe how fun and amazing it was to have this as part of our wedding day. The booth itself was clean and had many cool features including video messages and making GIFs which the guests loved. But the best part of the whole thing was definitely the booth attendant, Mike. His enthusiasm and energy was fantastic and was super helpful in helping people use the booth + giving ideas for the GIFS and poses. Not only was he great at getting people in the booth, he also ran around the venue taking photos of everyone and everything and printed them himself and stuck them in the album that comes with the hire. The album was fantastic, my wife cannot stop looking it. Mike not only encouraged people to stick their pictures in and write messages, he also did many of the pages himself- sticking in photos he had taken + writing comments and even decorating it himself with little pictures and symbols. It was the best gift ever the next day looking through the album- we will cherish it forever. Thank you so much In the Booth and most importantly Thank you soooo much Mike! You are the best!
